Do my dog/s need to be licensed?​
Yes. We require two tags to be attached to your dog/s - one that includes your dog/s name and your contact number. The other tag must be a valid city license tag.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If 24 hours is not provided, you will be billed for the amount in full.
Do you cancel hikes due to bad weather?
Not very often! However there are instances where the weather can be dangerous, such as extremely cold / hot temperatures. In these cases, we may choose to shorten or cancel the services altogether depending on the circumstances.
do you work with animals other than dogs?
Yes. We offer home visits and pet sitting services to cats and other small pets. Please get in touch and we can discuss this service and answer any questions you may have.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, cheques or email money transfers.
